When entering into contractual conditions between AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC, domiciled as AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC, the Client, defined underneath as being the user of the website http://www.rhumdistillerie.com agrees to accept the present general sales conditions.
Unless there is a contract concluded between the client and ourselves, o r special conditions agreed upon in writing, all orders will be subjected to the present general conditions, whatever clauses might exist in the client’s documents.
Products
Any photographs portraying the characteristics of the products offered for sale on the website are not part of any contract. AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur in this respect.
Duration of Validity of Sales Offers
The offers for our products on the website are valid for Rhums AGM stock,
unless there is an interruption due to heavy demand.
In the case of an order for a product which is not available, clients will be
informed without delay via their customer account on the website, and/or by
email.
Price of Products
The prices listed on http://www . rhumdistillerie.com are expressed in Thai Baht and include all taxes, and port charges. (Chronopost is used for a minimum of 3 bottles.) Prices can change at any time and without warning. Prices are automatically calculated by weight, which includes any accessories you have ordered, and packaging. The prices are those applied at the moment of ordering, and are limited to the stock available.

Clients will need to provide identification if they wish to place an order. There is a form provided and this should be filled out with the necessary information, especially name and surname, telephone number, and postal address (essential for deliveries). Additional information may be asked for later in order to assure the quality and the safe arrival of the delivery.
After choosing the products, clients confirm their order by clicking on the validate order[d1][d1] button. By doing so, they confirm their order by entering into and accepting the General Sales Conditions. An order number is provided for the client as well as an on-screen confirmation of the order and in addition there is email notification. The confirmation of the client’s information, recorded by AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC constitutes the proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
Delivery period
The delivery period only starts on the date when we receive the order confirmation on the website.
The availability of products or their delivery to the address specified by the client while making the order can only be guaranteed once the order has been validated by the client and the payment has been recorded in its totality via a confirmation from the bank or financial institution concerned, and the payment has been authorized. The delivery will be undertaken by DHL. The delivery period is only an indication and if delivery takes longer, then it cannot be invoked as a reason for cancellation or give rise to any indemnity. In the case of refusal to pay by the aforementioned bank or financial institution, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If the article ordered is available in stock, the deliver y period is approximately 1 working week. In case of force majeure, Act of God or other exceptional event that delays or prohibits the delivery of merchandise AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC is absolved of all responsibility. In all cases the delivery within the delivery period can only take place if the client is honouring his obligations towards AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC.
Complaints
In signing the delivery slip the client accepts that the produc ts are delivered in their current state. From then on, no complaint relative to damages occurring during transport will be accepted. It is the client’s responsibility to undertake all checks on arrival of the products and to take up any complaints with the transport company.
On receiving the merchandise, the client must immediately check their state and their conformity with the order. Any complaints relative to faults in the delivered merchandise, or wrong quantities, or a wrong reference concerning the order confirmed by AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC, must be formulated in writing within 4 days of arrival of the merchandise, otherwise complaints will lose their validity.
Billing
A detailed bill will be addressed to the client and placed in the parcel.

of the order with all taxes included. All the orders are validated after reception of the form of transfer by email or fax.
Methods of Payment

Legal Matters
Contractual information is written in both English and French, and our bottles destined for sale conform to Thai regulations. It is the duty of clients outside Thailand to check with their own national authorities concerning taxes levied in their own countries.
In cases of dispute, concerning the execution and cessation of contractual obligations between the parties, where no out-of-court settlement can be reached, cases will be presented to the Commercial Court of Suratthani, in which locality the headquarters of AGM MAGIC ALAMBIC are domiciled, for hearing and determination.
